生活区域

库纳族生活在巴拿马三个土著人民政治自治区或居留地，以及哥伦比亚的一些小村庄。此外在巴拿马城、科隆和其他城市也有库纳人社区。雅拉库纳族自治区是库纳人生活最多的一个地区，其他两个自治区为马顿干迪库纳族自治市和瓦尔干迪库纳族自治市。

经济

雅拉库纳的经济基于农业和渔业，有长期国际贸易传统。蕉，椰子，鱼构成了库纳饮食核心，辅以进口食品、一些家畜和野味。椰子和龙虾是最重要的出口产品，劳动力输出和传统的手工制作的纺织品“莫拉”的销售提供其他收入来源。大部分进口商品来自哥伦比亚的船只并在库纳人零售商店出售。
