布鲁塞尔地铁5号线（法語：Ligne 5；荷蘭語：Lijn 5）是比利时布鲁塞尔首都大区的一条地鐵路线，由布鲁塞尔市际交通公司运营。该路线呈“几”字形，全长17.3千米，设有28个车站，連接城市西南、東南並貫穿市中心，西起伊拉斯谟站，东至赫尔曼-德布鲁站，在西站站和梅罗德站之间与地铁1号线共用铁路，在西站站和贝坎特站之间与地铁1、2、6号线共用铁路，在艺术-法律站连接地铁1、2、6号线。其中中央站站、舒曼站、梅罗德站和西站站与铁路车站相连。该路线穿过安德莱赫特、奥德海姆、埃特贝克、布鲁塞尔、库克尔贝赫、圣扬斯-莫伦贝克等市镇。

1982年，原布鲁塞尔地铁1号线（法语：Ligne 1 (métro de Bruxelles)）延長並拆分為1A（法语：Ligne 1A du métro de Bruxelles）、1B（法语：Ligne 1B du métro de Bruxelles）兩線，1985年，1A線東南段通車至赫尔曼-德布鲁站，1B線西南段通車至费韦德站。1992年，1B線西南段延伸至比才站，2003年再延伸至伊拉斯谟站[1]，該站是目前5號線的西南端終點，至此目前5號線的所有營運中站點都已開通。2009年4月4日，2號線完成環狀路線的建設，布魯塞爾地鐵路線重組，5號線由1A線的東南段與1B線的西南段組成，並與1號線共用市區路段。
