安德鲁·林克莱特（Andrew Linklater；1949年8月3日—），英國国际关系學者，現任阿伯里斯特威斯大学国际政治学威尔逊教席。亦為为社会科学学会（英语：Academy of Social Sciences）會员(FAcSS)[1]。2000年，他入列為马丁·格里菲斯（英语：Martin Griffith）《国际关系理論五十位重要思想家》之一。
1949年8月3日，林克萊特出生于苏格兰阿伯丁。他在阿伯丁大学攻读政治和国际关系。[2]1971年取得碩士學位。1973年，在牛津大學貝利奧爾学院取得小博士學位。1978年，自伦敦经济学院取得博士学位。[3] 博士论文题为Obligations beyond the state: the individual, the state and humanity in international theory[譯名請求]，[4]後以Men and Citizens in the Theory of International Relations[譯名請求]為題发表。[2]
林克莱特，多視为国际关系中批判理论范式的学者。1990年的作品《超越现实主义和马克思主义》（英語：Beyond Realism and Marxism）中，概述了现实主义、英国学派和马克思主义的国际关系理论缺陷。林克莱特认为，国际关系理论需對相关行为者采取更广泛的進路，在马克思主义的阶级框架之外，包涵其他产生人类规范和建构社会人际关系的力量。[5]
1998年的《政治共同体的转型》，被史蒂夫·史密斯（英语：Steve Smith (political scientist)）等學者誉为“近十年来国际理论领域中最重要的著作之一”。 [6] 林克萊特的研究兴趣包括国际关系中的「傷害」概念與国际关系批判理论。2001年，他成为社会科学学会（英语：Academy of Social Sciences）成员。2005年，他成为英國國家學術院院士。他也是威爾士學會创始人之一。
