圣雷莫会议

圣雷莫会议（義大利語：Conferenza di Sanremo；英語：San Remo conference；法語：Conférence de San Remo）是第一次世界大战结束后，在1920年4月19日至26日于意大利圣雷莫召开的国际会议，参与者为第一次世界大战期间的协约国代表，包括英国首相大卫·劳合·乔治、法国总统亚历山大·米勒兰、意大利首相弗朗切斯科·尼蒂及日本大使松井庆四郎（英语：Matsui Keishirō）。美国派出观察员参加[1]。

与会各国代表合影，由左至右分别为日本代表松井庆四郎（英语：Matsui Keishirō），英国首相劳合·乔治，英国外相寇松，法国代表贝特洛（英语：Philippe Berthelot），法国总统米勒兰，意大利代表夏洛亚，意大利首相尼蒂

会议主要讨论了奥斯曼土耳其帝国战后领土的托管问题，将巴勒斯坦、叙利亚和美索不达米亚划为第一等国联托管地，并确定边界。叙利亚及大黎巴嫩由法国委任统治，美索不达米亚和巴勒斯坦由英国委任统治。英国亦需要遵照贝尔福宣言，在巴勒斯坦建立犹太人“民族之家”。在会议召开前，先前参与阿拉伯起义的哈希姆家族已经在叙利亚建立独立的阿拉伯叙利亚王国，法国遂在1920年7月出兵入侵叙利亚，将该政权推翻[2]。
