創 （ chuāng ） Trauma ），或稱外傷 、損傷 （英語：Injury ），是指外力對身體 造成的傷害 [1] 意外事故 、跌倒 、撞擊 、武器 等原因引起的[1] 重大創傷 是可能導致長期失能 或死亡 的創傷。
2013年，全世界有480萬人死於創傷，而1990年為430萬人[2] [2] [2] [3] [4]
相關研究的學問稱為創傷學 。
