南非國家橄欖球隊（南非語：Suid-Afrika nasionale rugbyspan，英語：South Africa national rugby union team），俗稱跳羚隊（Springboks），由南非橄欖球聯盟（英语：South African Rugby Union）管理。跳羚隊主場球衣為綠色金領上衣搭配白色短褲，象徵是跳羚及帝王花。自1891年7月30日以來，該隊一直代表南非參加國際橄欖球賽事，跳羚隊首場比賽是與不列顛群島巡迴賽隊伍進行的國際錦標賽。
南非在創建世界盃橄欖球賽中發揮了重要作用，但跳羚隊曾因為南非當時仍實施種族隔離的關係而未能參與1987年（英语：1987 Rugby World Cup）及1991年（英语：1987 Rugby World Cup）兩屆的世界盃。1995年，民主化後的新南非負責主辦該年的世界盃，同時亦是跳羚隊首次參賽世界盃。在決賽（英语：1995 Rugby World Cup Final）中，跳羚隊以15-12擊敗全黑隊，被譽為南非體育史上最偉大的時刻之一，也是後種族隔離時期國家建設進程的一個分水嶺。12年後的2007年世界盃橄欖球賽，南非在決賽（英语：2007 Rugby World Cup Final）中以15-6擊敗英格蘭，再次奪得冠軍。由於奪得2007年世界盃的冠軍，跳羚隊在世界橄欖球排名中升至第一位。南非第一名的位置一直維持至2008年7月，紐西蘭再度成為第一位為止。2008年，跳羚隊獲勞倫斯世界體育獎評為年度最佳團隊[1]。2019年世界盃橄欖球賽中，南非在決賽（英语：2019 Rugby World Cup Final）以32-12擊敗英格蘭，第三次奪得世界盃冠軍[2][3][4]。

橄欖球冠軍錦標賽
南非唯一有參與的年度錦標賽是橄欖球冠軍錦標賽（前稱三國賽），該錦標賽自1996年以來一直在澳大利亞及紐西蘭舉行。2012年，阿根廷加入比賽，三國賽改名為橄欖球冠軍錦標賽。南非曾四次奪得橄欖球冠軍錦標賽冠軍，分別為1998年（英语：1998 Tri Nations Series）、2004年（英语：2004 Tri Nations Series）、2009年（英语：2009 Tri Nations Series）以及2019年（英语：2019 Rugby Championship）。除此之外，南非還聯同澳大利亞參加曼德拉挑戰賽（英语：Mandela Challenge Plate），亦會與紐西蘭參加自由盃（英语：Freedom Cup），作為橄欖球冠軍錦標賽的一部分。
