假记忆体综合症（英語：False memory syndrome，FMS）是一个人確信的身份和人際關係與事實不符的一種心理疾病症狀。[1]这个词语最先由Peter J. Freyd（英语：Peter J. Freyd）提出[2]，后来由假记忆体综合症基金会（英语：False Memory Syndrome Foundation）（FMSF）發揚光大。這個名詞不被任何醫學手冊（如ICD-10[3]或DSM-5[4]）所認為是一種精神疾病[5]。然而，記憶可由外在影響而被重塑則是學界公認的原則[6][7][8][9]。
