伊萊·馬奧爾

伊萊·馬奧爾（希伯來語：אלי מאור‎，羅馬化：Eli Maor，1937年－）是一名以色列數學史學家，他是幾本關於數學史書的作者^[1]。馬奧爾在以色列理工學院獲得博士學位。他在芝加哥洛約拉大學教授數學史^[2]。馬奧爾是《大英百科全書》中關於三角學文章的編輯^[3]。

2004年在雅爾納克天文台發現的小行星226861 Elimaor即以他的名字命名^[1]。小行星中心於2013年7月22日公佈正式的命名引文 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）（M.P.C. 84383）^[4]。
